Dublin City Tour | Dublin Castle | Merry Ploughboy PubSpend the morning exploring Dublin with the included vouchers. At 2:00 PM, meet your tour director in the hotel lobby and depart for a panoramic tour of Dublin. Drive through the lively streets with a local guide, seeing this historic city’s highlights: Trinity College, elegant Georgian homes, and modern buildings rising by the River Liffey. Visit Dublin Castle for a guided tour and see the splendid State Apartments; for centuries the seat of colonial power in Ireland, this impressive complex is today a place for official ceremonies. Return to your hotel for a welcome drink with your group, then head to the Merry Ploughboy Pub for a dinner of Irish specialties and a lively show with traditional music and step-dancing. (B, D)

Ring of Kerry | Skellig Experience | Sheepdog DemonstrationVisit CIE Tours preferred shopping partner Moriarty’s in the beautiful Gap of Dunloe, before embarking on the famed Ring of Kerry scenic drive. The winding, 100-mile route reveals breathtaking coastal and mountain views, with plenty of photo stops. Pause for a casual lunch in a cozy restaurant. Continue on to Valentia Island to visit the Skellig Experience, a visitor center telling the story of the neighboring island of Skellig Michael, which you’ll see off the coast. Learn how this island, a filming location for “Star Wars”, was once the austere home of early Christian monks. Stop for a stroll around the quaint, colorful village of Sneem, and at Moll’s Gap for panoramic views of Ireland’s highest mountains. Visit a farm to see a demonstration of skilled dogs herding sheep. Return to Killarney and enjoy a free evening to dine and discover the pubs as you wish. (B, L)

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
We found the value of the services exceeded the price.
We were very pleased with our experience. The only negative was when we reached Dublin, the man meeting us did not have our names on his list. However, when we showed him our confirmation, he was very accommodating. We had a small hitch with a name being mis-spelled, but it did not cause a problem. Hotels and meals were even better than expected, and our guide/bus driver, was outstanding. He gave personal attention to details, and showed a great sense of humor. The whole trip was an outstanding experience!
I was very satisfied with the tour of Ireland. The tour guide / driver was very knowledgeable and courteous and amenable. He went all out to make our tour a memorable one. I would definitely recommend Affordable Tours.com to my friends.

I went on this trip with little expectation since it was tour I had gone on of this type. One of the best decisions i made booking with CIE. Our tour guide was exceptional and so knowledgeable-he drove the bus as well being our guide! Taste of Ireland was just that a lot of historical areas covered as well as shopping and a sheep herding demonstration. Good times! Met a lot of wonderful people and learned so much. The food was soo good as was the coffee -hard to drink USA coffee when I got home. The places we stayed were great too. Nothing appeared to be scrimped on -recommend this tour-well worth the expense!
