Arrive in Nadi, capital of the exotic island of Fiji, known for its pristine beaches, and diverse culture. Transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure

DAY 4, Sunday - Full Day in Nadi
Spend the day at leisure, or participate in the optional Half Day Garden of the Sleeping Giant & Thermal Mud Pool. Drive through the sugarcane fields of the Sabeto Valley before stopping at Viseisei, a small settlement where the first Fijian settlers landed. Explore the Garden of Sleeping Giant with more than 2,000 varieties of orchids. Lastly, indulge in a therapeutic mud bath in the Sabeto Hot Springs. In the afternoon, perhaps join the optional Sunset Dinner Cruise. Enjoy one of Fiji's most prestigious charter vessels and one of the largest sailing catamarans in the Southern Hemisphere. Admire stunning views of the Mamanuca Islands, savor a barbecue dinner and attend a cultural show accented by the beautiful sunset

DAY 5, Monday - Full Day in Nadi

Tivua is known as the jewel of the Mamanuca Islands. Enjoy the white sandy beaches, take a nature walk or partake in a traditional Kava ceremony

DAY 7, Wednesday - Full Day in Nadi

Spend the day at leisure to discover this beautiful city independently. Perhaps, join the optional Full Day Hunter Valley Food & Wine Lovers Tour. Depart Sydney and travel to the stunning Hunter Valley Region, Australia's oldest and most renowned commercial wine producing district. Visit boutique wineries that provide an intimate feel and learn about the winemaking process from the people for whom winemaking is a passion. Enjoy tastings of many varietals, such as Semillon, Shiraz, Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, earthy Pinot Noirs and listen to expert commentary to enhance your experience. After a two course lunch, opportunity to sample locally made cheese paired with their premium wines. The last stop on the tour allows you to sample and purchase delicious locally handmade chocolates

DAY 11, Sunday - Full Day in Sydney
On your last day at leisure, choose the optional Full Day Blue Mountains Tour, Australian Wildlife & River Cruise. Explore the magnificent Blue Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, that gets its name from the natural blue haze created by vast eucalyptus forests. Depart the city and travel over the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Then, head west over the mountain ranges. Visit the charming village of Leura with free time to browse antique shops and wander the streets. Afterward, continue into the heart of the Blue Mountains. Here, walk to a cliff lookout that offers panoramic views of the breathtaking Jamison Valley with its sheer sandstone cliffs colored rust and pink. Perhaps visit Scenic World home to Scenic Railway*, Skyway*, Cableway* and Rainforest Walkway. Stroll along the Rainforest Walkway and stop at Echo Point where you can stand beneath the unique Three Sisters rock formation. In the afternoon, visit Featherdale Wildlife Park where you see friendly Koalas, feed kangaroos, and see the colorful parrots, cockatoos and lorikeets.
